Today, I managed to walk out of my apartment in Panama City for the first time, after nine weeks of a strict lockdown, which has been imposed on us due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although, most of the restrictions are still in place, and the country is far from being open to 'normal life', it has been such a joy to be able to get out, wander around, and discover that the beautiful Panama's Old Town, Casco Viejo, is still there!
