Zooming Through Brussels 🇧🇪🇪🇺
Centre of Brussels, Belgium, January 2023
At the end of January, right after my return from Cyprus, I traveled to Brussels for a short work-related trip. This visit allowed me to attend meetings at my head office and perform my medical check-up. Despite the busy schedule, I took the opportunity to explore the city and enjoy some much-needed sightseeing.
Work and Meetings
My time in Brussels was focused on work, as I had several important meetings with colleagues, addressing various projects and priorities. Additionally, I completed my medical check-up, which added a practical element to the trip.
Sightseeing in Brussels
In between meetings, I managed to visit some of Brussels’ iconic sights.
• Grand Place: The stunning central square of Brussels, surrounded by beautiful guildhalls and the magnificent Town Hall. It’s always a pleasure to admire the architecture and enjoy the atmosphere.
• Manneken Pis: This famous statue of a little boy is a must-see when in Brussels, and I couldn’t resist taking a photo with it.
• Royal Palace: Although I didn’t go inside, the impressive Royal Palace and its gardens were a pleasant sight to see.
A Pleasant Trip
Despite the work commitments, this was a very pleasant trip to Brussels. It was a perfect balance of productivity and relaxation, with enough time to appreciate the city’s charm and vibrant atmosphere.
